Service Description

I created Sunrise Sister Circle after a crisis in my life. As some one who was born and raised in village life I looked for my village of women at this time and couldn't find one I believed that if I felt lost and needed a village of women ,there would be other women who also needed it. I wanted to provide this support Free of charge for all women as having lived through times where I could not access any support due to lack of fund , I didn't want cost to be a barrier to Sunrise Sister Circle Sunrise Sister Circle is held on the beach by the Indian Ocean. From day one the women came and they have continued to come, sitting in circle as the sun rises over the ocean on a brand new day. In circle we practice breath work and meditation we learn to tap into our inner strength and power as women and speak our truth without fear. We can drop all the masks of pretense that we can handle everything, that we are fine and that life is not overwhelming. In circle we share our wisdom and listen deeply as our sisters share theirs. Sunrise Sister Circle is over a year old now and the growth of confidence in the women has been amazing and the friendships that have developed are wonderful Sunrise Sister Circle runs every second Saturday at Quinns Beach, 6am behind Portafinos. Terms & Conditions It is important to me that all of my clients being coached feel safe and comfortable with the coaching process. As the coaching client this is your journey and to navigate that journey it’s important to know that we may discuss personal and well as professional elements of your life. The content of all coaching sessions will remain confidential. The coaching process is a partnership as we will work together to work towards your desired outcomes .As your coach I will be providing support, guidance and materials to help you. As the coaching client you will remain clear as you can be around your intention and commit to taking action to create the required outcome from the coaching process. This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity.
